Why we started Baseline CPR Solutions

We started Baseline CPR Solutions because we believe everyone should feel confident and prepared to act in an emergency. Too often, people hesitate because they’ve never had approachable, hands-on training that sticks. Our mission is to make CPR, AED, and First Aid training accessible, practical, and confidence-building for families, schools, businesses, and community groups. We come to you, keep class sizes small, and focus on real-life, scenario based practice so you leave knowing you can make a difference when seconds matter.

Meet the Team

Hi, I’m Jen! I started Baseline CPR Solutions to make CPR training simple, approachable, and confidence-boosting. My classes are hands-on and designed to help anyone—from parents to professionals—gain the skills they need to save a life. I’ve spent over 30 years in aquatics as a coach, instructor, and Aquatics Director, and I’ve been teaching CPR, AED, and First Aid since 2012. What began as training for professional lifeguards quickly grew into a passion to bring lifesaving skills to the wider community.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me cheering on my kids, Oliver and Elli, in their music, biking, and sports adventures, or out exploring the outdoors—hiking, biking, or camping with my husband, Doug. Bozeman has been our home since 2008, and I’m grateful for the chance to help people here feel prepared and confident when it matters most.
